Add application blocking rule
1. Add a new rule. Click Running Status-> Application Filter -> Add Rule.

Type process name that you want to block, choose a effective time section and type rule description, then press "OK" button. This rule means that Employee Activity Monitor will block notepad.exe at anytime. You also can add game or any other unwanted process to blocking list.
2. Apply rules to employee’s computer.
a) Choose destination computer from computer list.
b) Choose rules from rule list.
c) Click Running Status -> Application Filter -> Apply To Agent.
d) If you want to query remote computer’s rule status , please click Running Status -> Application Filter -> Apply To Agent..
NOTE: if you want to create a new effective time section, please click Settings -> Time Schedule-> Add Policy.

Add website accessing rule
1. Add a new rule. Click Internet -> Website Filter -> Add Rule.

Type website URL, choose rule type (passing or blocking), choose effective time section and type rule description, and press OK button.
What is passing rule? Only allow user to access the appointed websites and block others.
What is blocking rule? Only block the appointed websites.
2. Apply to remote computer:
a) Choose destination computer from computer list
a) Choose passing rule in passing rule list or choose blocking rule in blocking rule list.
c) Click "Apply To Agent".
d) If you want to query remote computer’s rule status , please click Internet -> URL Accessing Rule -> Get Agent Status.
NOTE: if you want to create a new effective time section, please click Settings -> Time Schedule -> Add New Section.
